ROXACO \ rok-'sa-ko \ n. [fr. Roxaco Land Corporation]: Property development arm of Roxas and Company. A wholly owned subsidiary of Roxas & Company, Inc. was incorporated on April 26, 1988 by the principals of Roxas & Company, Inc., led by its Chairman of the Board ANTONIO J. ROXAS, Vice Chairman EDUARDO J. ROXAS and Director and President PEDRO E. ROXAS, for the purpose of acquiring real estate for investment, development and/or sale. The Corporation is the registered owner of several hundred hectares of land in Nasugbu, Batangas. The land bank will be developed over the years based on an integrated master plan.

Roxas & Company, Inc. also has its subsidiaries Roxas Holdings Inc., Central Azucarera Don Pedro Inc. and Central Azucarera dela Carlota Inc.

Mr. Roxas graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, U.S.A. where he  obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce and was trained at the Standard Chartered Bank of London, the Shell Company in Paris, and the Olavarria and Co. Lowry and Co., Inc. of New York, U.S.A.

Pedro E. Roxas
Director, President


He is also the Director and President of Roxas & Company Inc.; Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Roxas Holdings Inc.; Executive Chairman of Central Azucarera Don Pedro (CADP) Group Corp.; Director & President of Roxas & Company Inc., Fundacion Santiago; Chairman of Philippine Sugar Millers Association, Club Punta Fuego Inc., Fuego Land Corp., Jade Orient Sugar Corp.; Director of Batangas Assets Corp., Banco De Oro Private Bank, Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Hawaiian Philippine Sugar Co.; Trustee of Philippine Business for the Environment, Philippine Business for Social Progress; President of Roxas – Gargollo Foundation. Mr. Roxas graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, U.S.A. where he obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

He is also the Director & President of ELRO BPO Services, Inc.; Director of Roxas & Company Inc., ELRO Land Inc., SPCI Holdings, Inc., Club Punta Fuego Inc.; President of ELRO Trading Corp., Bais Multifarms Inc.; Vice President of ELRO Commercial & Industrial Corp.  Mr. Elizalde graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont, U.S.A. where he obtained his degree in Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics.

Mr. Del Rosario, Jr. obtained his degrees in Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Major in Accounting) and Bachelor of Arts (Major in Economics) from De La Salle College in 1970 and his Masters in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 1972, and completed academic requirements for his Doctorate in Business Administration from the De La Salle University.
