arm of Roxas and Company. A wholly owned subsidiary of Roxas &
Company, Inc. was incorporated on April 26, 1988 by the principals
of Roxas & Company, Inc., led by its Chairman of the Board
ANTONIO J. ROXAS, Vice Chairman EDUARDO J. ROXAS and Director
and President PEDRO E. ROXAS, for the purpose of acquiring real
estate for investment, development and/or sale. The Corporation
is the registered owner of several hundred hectares of land in
Nasugbu, Batangas. The land bank will be developed over the years
based on an integrated master plan.
Roxas
& Company, Inc. also has its subsidiaries Roxas Holdings Inc.,
Central Azucarera Don pedro Inc. and Central Azucarera dela Carlota
Inc.
